A local East Greenwich ice cream shop since 1983 — soft and hard ice cream, shakes, sundaes, slushies, and floats with fun toppings. Hilltop opens seasonally and serves families from East Greenwich, Kent County, and nearby towns. Kay’s Famous Triple Torch Baseball Cap Sundae and the Sundae Cone are on the menu — order at the window and eat outside when the weather cooperates.
Dairy-free and sugar-free options are available. The flavor board is long, portions are generous, and the parking lot is often full on a Saturday night in summer.

“Place was awesome. Top one in RI at this moment. They are the only one with a peanut butter based ice cream. Everyone else who has peanut butter makes it vanilla or chocolate based. Adding peanut butter or Reese's or peanut butter cups does not make it peanut butter ice cream. This place is awesome, reasonably priced, with super sweet individuals working there.
